Welcome to SMG's Health Care Crisis Intervention Training.

Once you start the course you'll notice a "FILE" drop-down menu on the top right of your screen. Clicking this menu will allow you to view, print or download the corresponding Participant Manual.

This program consists of five separate training modules:
1) Introduction
2) Risk Identification and Mitigation
3) Relationship Strategies
4) Understanding Behaviour
5) Aggression Reduction and Management.

You should be able to complete the training in approximately 3 hours. You can only access the final test once all five modules have been viewed completely. Feel free to work at your own pace and start and stop as often as you like; your progress will be saved. If you need to log-out of the session, you'll be prompted to resume from where you last ended. Each time you complete a module, simply click on the next module in the drop down menu located at the top right of the screen, or click the "completed" button at the bottom centre of your screen. Once the final test is successfully completed you can download and print your certificate as required.
